Solaris Resort Los Cabos Restaurants and Accommodations
Café Solaris offers an incredibly varied breakfast buffet where our guests can enjoy an assortment of tropical fruits and juices along with a wide selection of favorites including made to order omelets and more! For lunch, our visitors can enjoy a relaxing and leisurely lunch at Palapa Rosemarinus, a giant palm leaf palapa with an amazing ocean view. Rosemarinus has a great selection of hot and cold entrees, salads, a taco bar, and incredible desserts – all served with a fresh ocean breeze! In addition to the offerings of Rosemarinus, the Royal Solaris offers a number of pool side snack bars, which are open daily from 12 noon to 6pm. Guest's can feast on a wide range of traditional foods such as hamburgers, hotdogs, ribs, and french-fries served buffet style. As part of the resort accommodations, guests can even enjoy their favorite drinks without ever leaving the pool! The pool bar is open from 10:00am to 5:00pm daily and features beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages in tropical surroundings. Dinner at Royal Solaris offers three wonderful restaurants for our guests to enjoy! Take yourself back to Old Mexico at Pancho’s where they serve an extensive menu of Mexican favorites and nouveau Mexican cuisine. Don’t miss it…be sure to make your reservation at this restaurant where resort attire is required (no shorts, t-shirts or beach sandals). At Marco Polo you can enjoy a romantic evening and dine under the dreamy fresco ceiling in a setting reminiscent of an Italian villa. Aromatic pastas and Mediterranean specialties are prepared with the freshest ingredients. Prime cuts of beef, delicious seafood, and international fare compliment Marco Polo’s extensive Italian menu. Indulge yourself with a sumptuous dessert and cappuccino. Resort attire and a reservation is required at this restaurant. Salon Tehuacan is the only indoor theater in Los Cabos and night after night they will wow you with a terrific variety of live entertainment. Click here for more information on our nightly shows. Late night revilers have a number of choices to enjoy the remainder of the evening. Guests can visit the pool side snack bars which are open until 1:30am for cocktails and scrumptious authentic homemade salsa, chips and fresh delicious guacamole. Sports fans will enjoy the Royal Solaris Sports Bar. View your favorite TV sports, shoot pool, or play games. Fun is the name of the game from 4:00pm to 12:00am daily at the Sports Bar which is a wonderful place for our guest to mix and mingle. The Royal Solaris Lobby Bar is the place to meet new friends and enjoy live music Royal Solaris style. The lobby bar is open from 5:00pm to 1:30am daily. After 1:30am, snacks and beverages are served in the lobby bar. Stop by for some late night beverages and munchies all night until 7:00am
